I love checking items off lists.  When I first learned about 101 in 1001, I was excited about the project!

I officially started my 101 in 1001 on September 21, 2009; the goals are all due for completion by June 17, 2012.

I would love to have you along for Lone Peak! You are on for the truffles…I got a recipe from the creator of Vosges luxury chocolates (from a video demo at their Las Vegas shop) that I also want to try.

I love the list! I totally want to hike Lone Peak with you- it has been too long but I love that mountain. Also, come over and we will make chocolate truffles- my favorite is raspberry truffles :)
